Victory in da house!!!!!! My department had a baby shower at work today and one person arranged a party game: a quiz involving the identification of celebrity baby names. HEL-LO! Everyone was grumbling, “Aw, Jen shouldn’t be allowed to play!” because they knew right off the bat that I was going to slaughter them. And I did! It took me like five seconds to do the quiz and I got 19 out of 20 questions right. Boo yeah!!! That $65,000 Jesuit education is paying off, y’all!
It was jokingly said that the winner gets to pick the baby’s name. Plus, some quizzes were on pink paper and some were on blue paper, so it was decided that the winner’s colored sheet would determine the baby’s sex. My sheet was pink, so we were like, “You’re having a girl!” Then I said to the mother-to-be, “I hope you like the name Freyja, because that’s what I’m naming your kid!”
